Tháng 2/1996, Boyzone tiếp tục cho ra mắt single thứ 5 của mình với cái tên Coming Home Now. Single có thứ hạng #2 tại Ireland và #4 tại UK, đồng thời bán được 200.000 bản tại UK, nhận danh hiệu "Silver sales status certification".

MV của clip được quay tại Dublin, đây là 1 trong những clip ưa thích của Ro bởi được quay ở chính quê hương các thành viên trong nhóm, các cảnh quay khá đẹp và giản dị với những con phố cổ ở Dublin, đĩa đơn ra mắt trùng với thời điểm Boyzone vừa trở về từ chuyến lưu diễn vòng quanh Châu Âu.

Single này Mikey, Shano và Keith đảm nhiệm bè intro và đoạn giữa, Ro và Steo vẫn lead. Nhìn chung MV của Coming Home Now đơn giản nhưng ý nghĩa, Mikey nhìn đỡ "khùng" hơn clip trước với long hair nhuộm blone óng ả! >.<.
